摘要
介绍了凝结水泵变频技术在国产600MW超临界机组上的实际应用。两台凝结水泵采取"一拖二"方案,一台变频运行,一台工频备用。通过对凝结水泵变频与调节阀综合控制除氧器水位方案优化,取得了明显的节能效果,同时降低改造费用。
This paper describes the application of condensate pump frequency conversion technology in Home-made 600 MW supercritical thermal power unit.This project is about two pumps driven by shared one converter and it works in this way:one in conversion frequency,the other standby on working frequency.Through the optimization of the control method for water level of deaerator with coordination between condensate pumps and deaerator valves.
