摘要 随着系统频率的不断提高,许多影响系统性能的噪声就会出现,造成系统性能的下降,信号完整性问题变得越来越严重。串扰就是一个经常遇到的问题,而引起串扰的根本原因就是边缘场导致攻击线和受害线之间产生容性耦合和感性耦合。在对引起串扰的原因进行分析的基础上,介绍了利用二维场求解器求解单位长度电感和电容矩阵的方法,在求得单位长度电感和电容矩阵以后,就可以建立传输线的SPICE电路模型,对电路系统的信号完整性进行研究。 With the constant improvement of the system frequency , many noise appeared , which can cause the deterioration of the system performance and make the signal integrity problems to become more and more serious . Crosstalk is a frequently encountered problem ,which is caused by the capacitive coupling and the inductive coupling as the reason of edge filed generated between aggressive lines and victim lines .On the basis of the analysis of the causes of crosstalk ,this paper introduced how to use a 2D field solver to solve per unit length inductance and the capacitance matrix so as to establish the SPICE circuit of transmission lines and analyze the signal integrity of multiple conductor transmission line system .
