不同类型水稻品系苗期和全生育期耐盐性鉴定与分析 被引量:22

Identification and Analysis of Salt Tolerance in Different Type Rice Cultivars during Seedling and Whole Plant Growth Stage

摘要 以20个水稻品系为研究对象,用不同盐浓度对3~4叶期幼苗进行处理,7 d后考察盐害级别、相对苗高、相对茎叶干质量和根系钠钾离子比值;用0.5%盐浓度的海水进行全生育期盐胁迫处理,以正常水田种植作为对照,分析单株产量、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率、株高、千粒质量、穗长和单株穗数的相对值;同时分析苗期盐胁迫相关基因诱导的表达水平。结果表明:盐胁迫对水稻幼苗生长的抑制作用明显,不同盐浓度下各品系的耐盐指标存在显著差异;全生育期盐胁迫处理后,各农艺性状均受到严重影响,其中以单株产量和单株穗数的损失最多,相对值为4.2%和16.6%。4个盐胁迫相关基因在盐处理后,表达量出现不同程度的减少或增加,但与品种的耐盐性无必然联系。 In this study, 20 different rice species were chosen as the study targets. During the seedling stage, rice seedlings were treated with gradient concentration salt solution for 7 days and the seedling height, dry weight of stem and leaves and ratio of Na+/K+ were measured.At the mature stage,the plants were treated with 0.5% sea water and normal water was used as control.After treatment, the grains weight per plant, grain nmaber per panicle,setting percentage,plant height and panicle number per plant were measured.By the way, expression patterns of stress-related genes were examined while the rice seedlings were under salt stress.The growth of the rice seedlings was obviously suppressed in salinity. All traits showed significant difference under different salt concentrations.After the treatment at the whole growth stage, many rice field characters were affected significantly, especially the yield per plant and setting percentage, which were only 4.2% and 16.6% of the control ,respectively.In the end ,four stress-related genes were examined and the expression levels changed more or less in different rice species after salt stress. However, there was no relationship between the tolerance of rice species and expression patterns of stress-related genes.
