摘要
为揭示军山湖底栖动物群落现状及时空分布,于2013年5月至2014年5月对军山湖底栖动物进行4个季度调查。15个采样点共记录底栖动物3门,6纲27种,河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)、多鳃齿吻沙蚕(Nephtys polybranchia)、霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)、中华颤蚓(Tubifex sinicus)是现阶段军山湖底栖动物的优势种。底栖动物密度和物种数在四季差异较大,密度高值和物种数发现最多的均在夏季、其次是春季和秋季、冬季最低,主要为软体动物、寡毛类和多毛类。多样性分析结果表明,夏季多样性指数和丰富度大于春、秋两季,春、秋两季大于冬季;优势度则夏季小于春、秋两季,春、秋两季小于冬季;均匀度则四季的差别不大。结果表明军山湖底栖动物群落结构四季差异明显,同时营养水平和水环境的改变对军山湖底栖动物群落产生一定影响。
To explore the status of benthic animal communities and distribution in space and time in Jun- shan Lake.A quarterly investigation on benthic animals was conducted in the period from May 2013 to May 2014.27species from 6 classes and 3 phylas in 15 sampling sites were recorded.Corbiculafluminea,Nephtys po- lybranchia ,Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri and Tubifex sinicus.were the dominant species in Junshan Lake.The density and species quantity of benthic animals varied largely in the four seasons.The highest density and most species of benthic animals occurred in summer, followed by those in spring and autumn.The minimun was in winter, and the communities were dominated by Mollusca, Oligochaeta, Polychaeta. Diversity analysis indicated that Shannon-Wiener and Margalef in summer were more than in spring and autumn, Shannon-Wiener and Mar- galef in spring and autumn were more than in winter. The number of simpson in summer was smaller than in spring and autumn,the number of simpsor in spring and autumn was smaller than in winter.There was no differ- ence in the number of Pielousb in four seasons.The results suggest that the structure of the benthic animal com- munity in Junshan Lake changes obviously in the four seasons and water environment has impact on the benthic animal communities in Junshan Lake.
