STAD教学法在高校“思政课”中的应用研究

摘要 STAD教学模式有助于培养学生的团队精神、强化学生的参与能力和提升学生的学习积极性。在高校"思政课"教学实践中嵌入STAD教学模式,就必须做好课堂教学阶段、小组组建和学习阶段、测验评价阶段以及小组认可阶段的引导工作,此外思政教师还应注意把握教学主题和教学对象的独特性,注重多元协同配合,并综合运用STAD教学模式,形成高校"思政课"的教学合力。 STAD teaching mode is helpful in cultivating students’ team spirit, strengthening their participation ability and promoting their learning initiative. If STAD teaching mode is adopted in the course of "Ideological and Political education", we must do a very good job at the following stages, say, classroom teaching stage, team building and learning stage, testing and assessing stage, and team recognition stage. Furthermore, the course teacher should also pay close attention to the uniqueness of teaching topics and learners, and emphasize the coordination of variables, and endeavor to form a joint teaching force by a comprehensive application of STAD teaching mode.
