摘要
高校教学档案在教学、科研等活动中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,在高校教学档案管理中,存在着教学档案管理责任意识不强、教学档案管理机制不健全、教学档案利用率低下等问题,这些问题对档案的保管、检索、编研、利用产生不利的影响,要解决这些问题,需要在提高教学档案管理责任意识、建立完善的培训体系、建立健全教学档案管理机制、提高教学档案利用率等方面采取科学有效地措施。
The management of teaching archives plays an irreplaceable role in teaching, scientific researches and other activities in colleges. However, there are so many problems lying in the management including weak sense of responsibility, unproper administrative mechanism and low efficiency, which obstructs the development of the colleges. The author puts forward some solutions including improving consciousness of responsibility, establishing the training system, optimizing management mechanism and raising utilization ratio, etc…
