支路阻抗可调并联管路流量均布实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了并联管路流量均布实验台的组成和功能。实验台中采用平衡阀代替板翅式换热器或冷箱的阻抗,同时,为了保证各支路阻抗的一致性,采用标定台来标定各支路平衡阀的阻抗。结果表明,单相流体在并联管路中分配较为均匀;异程式布置方式的流量均布性优于同程式布置方式;改变总管流量的大小对并联管路流量均布性能影响不大;增大支路阻抗有利于提高流量均布性能。 The composition and function of parallel pipelines flow distribution test system was introduced. The impedance of plate-fin heat exchanger or cold box in the test system are substituted by the balancing valves,and in order to keep the consistency of the branch impedance,the balancing valves were calibrated by the calibration. The results show that the flow distribution characteristics of single phase in the parallel pipelines is uniform. Direct return arrangement of pipelines have a better uniform flow distribution characteristics than reversed arrangement of pipelines. Changing the inlet flow rate has little effect on the flow distribution characteristics. Enlarging the impedance of each parallel branch is beneficial to flow distribution characteristics.
