摘要
目的在护士岗位管理的基础上,探讨护士分层级多途径联合培训的效果。方法将全院1 012名护士根据护理工作性质设护理管理岗、医技护理岗、教学岗及临床护理岗,再将后两者分为N1~N4级;根据岗位及各层级护士实际情况进行分层级多途径联合培训、分层考核,实施1年后评价效果。结果联合培训后全院护士考核合格率达92.3%,考核成绩(67.30±10.41)^(83.83±7.13)分,显著高于联合培训前(P<0.01);护理质量及患者满意度显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),护士科研能力相应提高。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的护士分层级多途径联合培训可满足不同层级护士需求,有利于提高培训效果和护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of a multi-level and multi-method training program for nurses based on post management.Methods A total of 1 012 nurses were categorized into 4kinds of posts according to their work features:manager post,medical technology assistant post,teaching post,and clinical post.The latter two posts had 4levels(N1-N4).Nurses working in different posts and at different levels were required to attend a multi-level and multi-method training program.Effects were evaluated after 1year.Results The rate that nurses passed the exam was 92.3%,and the exam score,ranging from 67.30±10.41 to 83.83±7.13,showed a significant difference before and after the training(P〈0.01).Nursing quality and patient satisfaction were significantly improved(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),and nurse′s research ability was enhanced.Conclusion The post competency-based multilevel and multi-method training program can meet needs of nurses at different levels,and thus to improve teaching effect and nursing quality.
