摘要
为研究不同粒径钢渣砂对钢渣混凝土基本性能的影响,本文开展基于可控膨胀率全钢渣砂混凝土基本性能试验研究。试验结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,钢渣混凝土具有良好的和易性;随着钢渣取代粒径的减小,附加用水量逐渐增大,可满足新拌混凝土性能要求;钢渣混凝土抗压强度随着钢渣取代粒径的减小有所降低,但其膨胀率逐渐增大。当取代粒径小于0.3 mm时,钢渣可配置钢管膨胀混凝土;当取代粒径为0.3~0.6 mm和0.6~1.18mm时,钢渣可配置自收缩平衡混凝土。
In order to analyze the influence of the steel slag sand of different diameter on the basic performances of steel-slag concrete, the experimental study on the basic performance of steel-slag concrete based on controllable expansion rate are carried out. Test results show that the steel-slag concrete has good workability compared with normal concrete; The quantities of additional water increase correspondingly with the reduction of the substituted particle size of steel slag, which can meet the performances of fresh concrete; the compressive strength of steel-slag concrete reduce and the expansion ratio increase with the reduction of the substituted particle size of steel slag. When the substituted particle diameter is less than 0.3 ram, the steel slag can be used in steel-slag concrete filled steel tube ; when the substituted particle diameter is O. 3-0.6 mm and O. 6-1. 18 mm, the steel slag can be used in self shrinkage balance concrete.
