补中益气汤合肾气丸加减加酒石酸托特罗定缓释片治疗女性膀胱过度活动症33例临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 膀胱过度活动症（overactive bladder，OAB）是泌尿系统常见的慢性疾病，表现为尿急，或合并急迫性尿失禁，常伴有尿频和夜尿，可严重影响患者的生活质量。其诊断主要依靠其症状表现以及排除其他疾病。诊断明确后，选择有效快速的治疗方式，尽快缓解或消除患者疾苦。目前，其治疗主要包括行为治疗、药物治疗、神经调节治疗等［1］。因为 OAB 病因复杂，其发病机制未完全明确，且临床治疗疗效不尽如人意，故关于 OAB 的认识和治疗还在进一步探索当中。2008－01—2013－01，我们运用补中益气汤合肾气丸加减加酒石酸托特罗定缓释片治疗 OAB 33例，并与酒石酸托特罗定缓释片治疗31例对照观察，结果如下。
