不同麻醉方式下胃癌根治术后患者疼痛程度的比较被引量：3

摘要目的观察不同麻醉方式用于胃癌根治术患者的实际效果,观察其对患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2012年4月至2014年3月我院收治的胃癌患者40例,入选病例均行胃癌根治术,按双盲法将胃癌患者分成实验组20例,对照组20例,对照组给予全身麻醉,实验组给予全麻复合硬膜外麻醉,比较两组术后疼痛程度。结果实验组术后6、12、18、24、48 h Prince-Henr评分均低于对照组,组间差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术应用全麻复合硬膜外麻醉,术后镇痛效果好,值得在临床上应用、推广。
