摘要
目的建立测定止瘁消炎水中苦参碱的含量的高效液相色谱C)法。方法色谱柱为Waters mmetry 18150mm×4.6mm,5um),流动相为甲醇-腈-H为6.8磷酸盐缓冲液(8:8:84),检测波长为210nm。结果苦参碱进样量在0.25~2.50μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the matrine content in relieving itching anti- inflammation fluid. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Waters Symmetry CI8 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-pH 6,8 phosphate buffered solution(8:8: 84). The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The linear range of matrine was 0. 25-2.50 μg (r =0. 999 9), the average recovery rate was 99.79%, RSD = 1.65% (n = 6). Conclusion This HPLC methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of relieving itching anti- inflammation fluid.
