摘要
倒仓法施工是近些年来兴起的新型地下工程施工工艺,是一种"密闭式"施工方法,通过新加坡中国文化中心项目的实践,研究并应用混凝土高层建筑倒仓法施工技术.开工前期解决如何进行地下室挡墙支护和土质硬化处理的技术问题,及带有后插入式工字钢桩基础的施工技术难点处理方案,充分考虑施工过程中可能存在的技术问题,结合工程情况深入分析安排施工工序,得出最适合本工程整套施工体系.相对传统地下室的"敞开式"工艺来说,倒仓法施工具有自身的特点,不仅能保护周边环境,且具有施工工期快、支护费用省等优点."倒仓法"在深基坑支护中的大量运用带来了广泛的社会效益.
Top-down construction method, a new construction technology in recent years, is a ＂closed＂ underground construction method, which grows out of the research and application of concrete high-rise building construction technology through the practice of China-Singa pore Cultural Center project. To solve technical problems and to harden soil retaining wall basement, construction technical difficulties on plug-beam pile foundation are taken into ac- count in the construction process. The construction process is arranged with engineering a- nalysis, and the most suitable construction of the engineering system is drawn. Compared with the traditional basement ＂open＂ technology, the inverted warehouse construction meth- od proves to be good in characteristics of protecting the surrounding environment, and faster in construction period, less in costs. The ＂reversed＂ in deep excavation brings real benefits.
