摘要
目的:探讨骨前康颗粒对PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后隐性失血及血液流变学的影响,为临床减少围手术期隐性失血、促进骨折愈合提供治疗方案。方法:前瞻性分析2014年1月—2014年11月间应用PFNA治疗的60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者资料。均为单侧新鲜股骨粗隆间骨折,围手术期观察组(口服骨前康颗粒组)30例,对照组(未口服骨前康颗粒组)30例,术后24 h补液总量不超过2000 m L。对两组隐形失血量及治疗前后血液流变学的组内以及组间结果进行比较。结果:血液流变学的变化观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组隐形失血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨前康颗粒能明显减少PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期隐性出血量,显著改善术后血液流变学。
Objective：To study the effects of Guqiangkang Granule on the hidden blood loss and hemorheology during internal fixation with proximal femoral nail antirotation（PFNA）in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods：Totally 60 cases with intertrochanteric fractures by PFNA treated were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection and anti-coagulant therapy. The treatment group was given Guqiangkang Granule besides the therapys of control group. The hidden blood loss and hemodynamic indicators of two groups was observed. Results：The hidden blood loss of the treatment group is less than the other group（P0.05）,hemodynamic indicators had statistical significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Guqiangkang Granule can obviously reduce the hidden blood loss and significantly improve the postoperative hemodynamic indicators during internal fixation with proximal femoral nail antirotation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
