摘要
本文试验了两种双排四点接触球轴承沟道中频感应淬火工艺,从感应器制作、淬火加工难度等方面分析各自的优缺点。结果显示:与双头感应器比较,单头感应器的设计和制作简单,感应耦合间隙容易控制,易获得均匀的淬硬层深度。
Two kinds of medium frequency induction quenching processes of raceway in double row four- point contact ball bearing are tested, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed from the inductor production and the difficulty of induction quenching.
