摘要
为解决上游堵库,下游炼厂吞吐量大的问题,西部原油管道进行二期改造,加大了外输排量,即部分输油泵更换大叶轮。对改造前后管道现状进行了分析,改造后对管道低排量(1 800 m3/h 以下)运行造成配泵困难、节流和电耗过大,建议改造前对管道运行做好充分评估和研究;对大叶轮泵进行 1 800~2 000 m^3/h 低排量运行测试结果表明,大叶轮泵可在低排量下正常运行,根据不同测试方法分析相关参数的变化规律并提出进行大叶轮泵测试的最佳时机。全线大排量连续运行测试结果表明,部分大叶轮泵的运行可有效降低耗电量和增加备用泵数量,同时提出了一期和二期输油泵适应性输量,为今后管道大排量安全经济运行提供了保障。
Considering the block in upstream storage and high throughput in downstream refineries, the Phase Ⅱimprovement will be carried out on China West Crude Oil Pipeline to enlarge the throughput, namely, some oil pumps are equipped with larger impellers. The pipeline operations before and after the improvement are analyzed, showing problems in operation under low throughput(lower than 1 800 m3/h) after improvement, such as difficulty in pump configuration, and excess consumption in throttling and power. It is recommended to carry out sufficient assessment and research on pipeline operation before the improvement. The test of pumps with large impellers operating under low throughput of 1 800~2 000 m3/h shows that the pumps can operate normally under low throughput. The changes of some related parameters are analyzed with different testing methods and then the best timing of testing on pumps with large impellers is proposed. The test on the whole line operating continuously under large throughput shows that the operation of some pumps with large impellers can effectively reduce the power consumption and increase the number of standby pumps. Moreover, the Phase I and Phase II adaptive throughputs of oil pumps are put forward, providing guarantee for the safe and economic operation of pipeline under large throughput.
