摘要
随着分布式电源以及基于分布式电源的用户侧微电网的应用越来越广泛,用户与电网之间双向的电能流动使得传统的计量方式需要相应做出改变。分析了分布式电源接入用户及用户侧微电网双向计量的需求,重点讨论了分布式发电的独立计量方式,梳理了分布式发电并网引起的谐波、电压暂降、短时中断与闪变等电能质量问题对计量误差产生的影响,总结了智能电表通讯接口、协议、精确计量算法的现状和发展趋势以及智能电表在未来智能电网中的地位与作用,并提出了双向计量的模式和未来发展的方向。
Driven by the rapidly growing application of distributed generation( DG) and DG based user-side microgrid,bidirectional power flowbetween user and power grid forces the traditional measuring method to be changed accordingly. Bidirectional metering demand of user-side microgrid and user with DGs and independent metering issues of DGs are analyzed in this paper. The impact of pow-er quality issues caused by the integration of DGs,such as harmonic wave,voltage sag,temporary shortage and voltage flicker,on the inaccuracy of metering system are sorted out. Present situation and developing tendency of communication interface,protocol and precise metering algorithm for smart meters are summarized with introduction of smart meter's application in future smart grid. The development tendency and modes of bidirectional metering are presented.
