摘要
大多数情况下数控加工产品的模型是不规则的,针对数控编程代码中没有现成的代码能达到设计要求的情况,提出了在数控系统中增加曲线拟合功能,将宏程序生成的微小线段拟合成样条曲线,然后进行插补,以克服由于加工型面的复杂性而引起的加工速度和精度问题。运用宏指令实现数控宏程序的编程,采用数控仿真来分析比较不同拟合方式下的加工精度,最后通过实例证明了该方法的可行性。
In most cases, the model of the NC products is irregular. Since the ready - made code cannot be found in CNC programming code to meet the design requirements ,the curve fitting function is proposed in the numerical control system. First spline curve is fitting by the tiny segment generated by the macro program, and interpolation, proceeds to overcome the problems in processing speed and accuracy brought by surface com- plexity. Using macro instruction can realize the programming of NC macro program and machining accuracy under different fitting patterns can be analyzed and compared by NC simulation. The feasibility of this method has been proved by an exact example.
