异常剪接组织因子与肿瘤的关系

摘要 丝氨酸/精氨酸富集蛋白(SR)、SR蛋白激酶等参与了异常剪接组织因子(asTF)的形成,近年发现asTF在肿瘤新生血管形成和肿瘤进展、转移等病理过程中发挥着一定的作用,在临床上对其检测将具有很大的意义。 Serine/aginine rich (SR) protein, SR protein kinase and other enzymes participate in the composition of alternatively spliced tissue factor (asTF). Recently researchers have found that this protein takes a part in tumor angiogenesis, tumor progression, metastasis and so on, so the detection of its clinical content will be very significant.
