阿托西班联合利托君治疗晚期流产及早产的疗效评价 被引量：5

摘要 目的：阿托西班联合利托君治疗晚期流产及早产的疗效分析。方法：选取我院从2013年8月～2014年8月入院治疗的69例晚期流产及早产孕妇作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机分为治疗组34例与对照组35例,治疗组孕妇应用阿托西班联合利托君治疗,对照组孕妇仅应用利托君治疗。对比两组孕妇的妊娠结局及药物不良反应情况。结果：治疗组孕妇的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组孕妇,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组孕妇不良反应发生情况少于对照组孕妇,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用阿托西班联合利托君治疗晚期流产及早产,减少宫缩频率,临床效果显著,值得广泛推广应用。
