摘要
当前,我国学术期刊的发展已经步入了数字化阶段,在很大程度上达到了产研结合、内容专业、版面齐整、测评规范等要求。然而,期刊市场也充斥着各种不良现象,尤其是学术期刊存在受众浏览、阅读习惯的扭转变化,期刊编辑的办刊理念、工作能力跟不上时代变迁的节奏,期刊编辑地位和功能发生变化等发展难题。市场经济条件下,学术期刊经营应当实行改革与创新,通过改进学术期刊经营的核心思维方式,改变学术期刊经营的目标,培育熟知数字出版的全面型人才,加强学术期刊的个性化经营等措施,提升行业竞争力,使行业发展处于优势。
At present, the development of academic journals have entered a phase of digitization, and have reached to a great extent the combination of production and research, professional content, neat layout, standardized assessment and several other requirements. However, the market is lfooded with a variety of such journals’ undesirable phenomena. Under market conditions and due to target readers’ changing browsing and reading habits, journal editors’ concepts and abilities connot keep up with the rhythm of the changing times, and journal editors have problems with their own changed status and functions. Under market conditions, the management of academic journals should be reformed and innovated, the core ideas of management should be changed, business objectives should be improved, comprehensive talents famaliar with digital publishing should be cultivated, personalized management of such journals should be strengthened, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the industry, and to ensure the successful development of the industry.
