摘要
研究多重缺口参数对磁滞合金棒材应力集中水平的影响.建立磁场环境下磁滞合金试件的力学模型,计算缺口根部应力应变,分析多缺口参数对应力集中系数的变化规律.结果表明:在径向均布磁场与轴向拉伸载荷耦合时,多缺口模型可以降低单缺口模型缺口根部的应力集中,缺口间距、缺口深度对缓和应力集中影响显著.
The effect of multi-notch parameters on stress concentration level of bar stock of magnetic hysteretic alloy was studied.The mechanical model of the magnetic hysteretic alloy sample was set up in magnetic field environment.The local stress-strain near the tip of notch was calculated and the relationship of the multi-notch parameters to the stress concentration factors was analyzed.The analysis result showed that when uniformly distributive magnetic field is coupled with axial tensile load,the stress concentration at the notch tip could be reduced with the multi-notch model and the influence of notch interval and notch depth on stress concentration will be obvious.
