摘要
聚能射孔是石油开采过程中的重要环节,根据井下地质条件的不同选用不同种类的射孔弹是提高油气井开采的重要措施。药型罩作为聚能装药的核心部件,在爆轰产物的推动下,形成射流,最终对目标进行侵彻,药型罩的质量直接决定了爆破战斗部的侵彻和破甲性能。球形铜粉制造的药型罩主要采用旋压技术,通过射孔弹药型罩旋压成形液压机实现旋压加工。
Shaped charge jet perforating is a key link during petroleum exploiting process. It is an important measure for improving well exploitation through selecting different kinds of perforating charge based on varied geological conditions under well. The liner, which is the core part of shaped charging, would produce perforating flow forced by detonation products and finally make penetration to the object.The penetration and expose armor performance of demolition warhead directly depend on quality of the liner.The liner made by spherical copper powder mainly use spinning technology and complete spinning processing by perforating charge liner spinning hydraulic press.
