摘要
随着建筑的拆迁与重建,废弃泡沫混凝土将大量产生。针对这一点,提出了废料高效再生利用的技术路线和方法。将粉碎后的废料经过煅烧粉磨,制备得到可再次水化的再生胶凝材料。在矿渣碱激发的体系下用此再生材料制备泡沫混凝土。试验结果表明,煅烧温度设置在650℃附近时可得到优秀的再生胶凝材料,可完全替代水泥组分制备泡沫混凝土,成品密度为600 kg/m^3,28d抗压强度为4.3MPa,导热系数为0.155 W/(m·K),收缩为0.48 mm/m,冻融质量损失为2.8%,冻融强度损失为4.5%。
With the demolition and reconstruction of the buildings,a large amount of waste foam concrete will be generated.In view of this point,technical routes and the methods of highly efficient using the waste to produce regenerated material have been proposed.Regenerated gel material can be made by calcining and grinding the waste material which has been smashed.The regenerated material has a excellent ability to hydrate again.Under the system of slag- alkali- activated foam concrete can be produced by using the regenerated material.Experimental results show that the calcination temperature set at around 650 ℃ can be excellent for the regeneration of cementitious materials which can replace cement totally to produce foam concrete.The density of bulk production is at 650 kg/m-3,28 d compressive strength can be 4.5 MPa,thermal conductivity can be 0.155 W/(m·K),contraction value can be 0.48 mm/m,freezing and thawing mass loss can be 2.8%freezing and thawing intensity loss can be 4.5%.
