摘要
民航业不断发展的同时会面临不安全事件绝对数量的增加,提升民航业各相关单位不安全事件调查能力是必然趋势。论文在分析现阶段民航不安全事件调查现状的基础上,总结出民航不安全事件调查中存在的缺陷,从调查环境、调查机制、调查方式三方面给出不安全事件调查的改进措施和建议,旨在一定程度上提高民航不安全事件的调查水平。
With the development of civil Aviation, the absolute number of unsafe events is adding. Because of this, it is inevitable trend that all relevant units affiliated to civil aviation need to lift capacity of investigating the unsafe events. At the base of analyzing the status of investigation of unsafe events of civil Aviation, the thesis sums up of the lack of investigation of unsafe events of civil aviation and raises improvements and suggestions with investigation about unsafe events from the environment of investigation, mechanism of investigation and methods of investigation. By these aspects, the thesis aims to improve the investigation level of unsafe events of civil Aviation to some extent.
