摘要
名优教师专业发展有着诸多的现实困境。从名优教师的行动困境来看,主要体现在教学实践缺乏创新;个体的反思与科研能力不足;专业成长呈现个体内发式倾向。从教师所在学校的培训困境来看,主要表现为无法有效帮助名优教师更新学科知识及教学理论;未能帮助名优教师解读他人教学模式并催生其自身个性化的教学理念;缺乏系统化的培训课程的设计及名师教学理念区域辐射平台的搭建。分析宁波市"学科教育家"(中学数学)高级研修班表明,促进名优教师专业发展既要注重理论与实践的整合,也要注重研训团队的教育实践经验的交流,从而全方位提升名优教师的专业知识、教学理念及教学实践能力。
umerous realistic dilemma exist in the professional development of prominent teachers. In terms of the action dilemma of the prominent teachers, it mainly reflected in the lack of creativity in teaching practice, the deficiency of individual reflection and research ability and individual proactive trend in professional development. In terms of the training dilemma in their own school, it mainly manifests in its incapability to effectively help the prominent teachers to renew subject knowledge and teaching theory, its failure in helping the prominent teachers to analyze oth- er teachers' teaching mode so as to stimulate their personalized teaching philosophy and the lack of systematic training program designing and the construction of the radiation platform of the promi- nent teachers' teaching philosophy. The analysis of the "subject educators" senior training class (middle school mathematics) in Ningbo shows that the promotion of professional development of prominent teachers should lay emphasis not only on the integration of theory and practice, but also on the exchange of practical teaching experience in the training team so as to comprehensively improve prominent teacher's professional knowledge, teaching philosophy and practical teaching experience.
