摘要
社区教育现代化是教育现代化的重要组成部分,是实现人的现代化的重要基石,是教育现代化指标体系的主要构件。社会现代化进程中,社区教育在促进个体综合素养和品质的全面提升以及促进劳动力实现再就业和社会的协调持续发展方面具有不可替代的功能。从社区教育发展现状来看,其中的管理、资源整合、队伍建设等方面还存在欠缺,因此推进社区教育现代化,需要从更新观念、优化管理、改善条件、均衡发展等方面实施有针对性的策略。从地位、功能与路径探讨社区教育现代化,可以促进社区服务能力的提高,以及和谐社区的构建。
The modernization of community education is an important part of the modernization of education, an important cornerstone of human modernization and the main component of the index system in the modernization of education. In the course of social modernization, community education plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing individuals＇ comprehensive quality, promoting the labor re-employment and advancing the sustainable development of society. In view of the status quo of community education, there still remains defections as regards to its management, the inte- gration of resources and the construction of personnel teams. Therefore, we should implement targeted strategies in terms of renewing new ideas, optimizing management, improving facilities, and balancing development. To probe into the modernization of community education in aspects of its status, function as well as its developing path can enhance the service capacity of the community so as to build a harmonious community.
