摘要
试验采用浮选-焙烧-浸出的联合工艺,进行氰化尾渣中金、铁以及硫的综合回收利用。用黑药与黄药组合药剂进行黄铁矿的浮选富集,浮选得到硫品位为51.03%,回收率为77.7%高品质硫精矿,其含金6.12g/t,金回收率为59.10%;然后在800℃的温度下,对硫精矿进行焙烧制硫酸,硫焙烧回收率为98.60%,硫总体回收率为76.61%;最后对烧渣进行氰化浸金,金浸出率可达到96.86%,得到的浸渣为含铁62.27%的铁精矿,铁总体回收率为69.12%。试验的联合工艺能有效地综合回收利用氰化尾渣中的有价组分。
A combined process of flotation,roasting and leaching technology was used to test on recycling gold,iron,and sulfur from cyanide tailings.Firstly,precipitating flotation was carried out on pyrite with mixed reagent of black powder and xanthate.A high-grade sulphur concentrate was obtained with sulphur grade of 51.03% and recovery of 77.7%,which contained gold of 6.12g/t,with gold recovery of59.10%.Then,roasting was put forward on the sulphur concentrate to prepare sulfuric acid under 800℃.The roasting recovery of sulphur was 98.60%,and the total sulpur recovery was 76.61%.Finally,cyanide leaching of gold was taken on cinder,with the gold leaching rate of 96.86%.An iron concentrate was obtained with iron content of 62.27%,and total iron recovery of 69.12%.This combined process can effectively recycled the cyanide tailings.
