摘要
如何降低MCU中线性化处理所消耗的存储空间,是降低智能温度变送器成本的关键。针对这一问题,提出了一种数据和运算分离的线性化方法,把多种传感器的处理参数整合到一张数据表中,并共用同一段运算代码,从而使总存储空间得到压缩。实验表明,该方法能够使十种温度传感器线性化及冷端补偿处理的程序空间控制在1.5K以内。
How to reduce the storage space of linearization in MCU, is the key problem to reduce intelligent temperature transmitter cost. To solve this problem, a linearization method which data and computing independent is proposed. Processing parameters of various sensors share one data table and the same section calculation code, so that the total storage space is compressed. Experiments show that, for several common MCU, this method can put the program space to less than 1.5K, which contain ten temperature sensor linearization and cold end compensation.
