响应面分析法优化超声辅助提取山楂中总黄酮的工艺 被引量:11

Optimization of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction for Flavonoids from Crataegus pinnatifida by Response Surface Analysis

摘要 采用响应面分析法优化山楂中总黄酮超声辅助提取的工艺条件.以总黄酮(以金丝桃苷计)得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,应用了响应面中的Box-Benhnken模型设计试验,对提取工艺影响较大的山楂粉碎粒度、超声时间、料液比、超声功率4个工艺参数进行优化.结合实际操作,最佳的工艺条件为粉碎粒度40目,超声时间33min,料液比1∶33(g/mL),超声功率160W,在此条件下,总黄酮得率为5.21%,与预测值5.26%基本相符. Response surface analysis (RSA) was used for optimizing the technology ultrasonic-assisted ex traction of flavonoids from Crataegus pinnatifida. Based on the results of single-factor experiments, and using the extraction rate of total flavonoids, calculated by hyperoside yield, as the index, the Box Benhnken model design method was used to optimize the technological parameters of fineness of pulveriza tion, ultrasonic time, material-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power. The optimal extraction conditions were fineness of pulverization of 40 section, ultrasonic time of 33 min, material-liquid ratio of 1 : 33 (g/mL) and ultrasonic power of 160 W. Under these optimal extraction condi conoids was 5.21%, which was consistent with the predicted yield (5. tions, the actual yield of total fal 26%).
