摘要
利用从Pi4B,Pi4G,Pi26,Pi02,PiG11和Pi16 6个基因位点对应的SSR引物中筛选出的两对引物Pi4G和Pi16对重庆134个致病疫霉菌株进行了SSR基因型分析.Pi4G位点扩增出1个大小为201bp的清晰条带,Pi16位点处扩增出1或2个清晰的条带,大小为217bp和180bp,在这2个SSR基因位点共发现3个等位基因,2种基因型,命名为CQ-01,CQ-02.其中,CQ-01基因型数量占总数的93.3%,CQ-02基因型占6.7%.重庆各马铃薯主产区之间致病疫霉SSR基因型并未呈现出明显的差异,SSR基因型较单一.
The primers Pi4G and Pi16 were chosen from Pi4B ,Pi4G ,Pi26 ,Pi02 ,PiG11 and Pi16 to ana‐lyze the SSR genotypes of 134 isolates of Phytophthora infestans in Chongqing .One clear band about 201 bp was amplified from the gene locus Pi4G ,and one or two clear bands of 217 bp and 180 bp were ampli‐fied from Pi16 .Three alleles and two kinds of genotypes (CQ‐01 and CQ‐02) were identified from Pi4G and Pi16 .The number of CQ‐01 accounted for 93.3% of the total and that of CQ‐02 accounted for only 6.7% of the total .In conclusion ,no significant differences were detected between the different isolates of P. in f estans from the main potato‐cultivating regions of Chongqing and the SSR genotypes of the patho‐gen were relatively simple .
