摘要
以重庆市梁平县为例,在构建高标准基本农田建设项目选址合理性评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊物元模型、熵权法以及模糊综合评价法,对2014年计划实施的14个高标准基本农田建设项目进行选址合理性评价,结果表明:金带镇双桂村高标准基本农田建设项目选址合理性评价结果为"合理",金带镇仁和村等3个项目的选址合理性为"较合理",仅有梁山街道天鼓村和荫平镇乐英村高标准基本农田建设项目的选址合理性向"不合理"和"较不合理"转化,其余8个项目区向"较合理"转化.模糊物元评价结果与模糊综合评价结果基本一致.
This study took Liangping county of Chongqing municipality as the research object .Based on the establishment of an evaluation index system of reasonability of site selection for high‐quality capital farm‐land construction projects and utilizing the fuzzy matter element model and the entropy method ,an evalua‐tion was made of the reasonability of site selection for 14 high‐quality capital farmland construction pro‐jects of the county in 2014 ,and the results were compared with those of fuzzy synthetic evaluation .The re‐sults showed that site selection for the high‐quality capital farmland construction project of Shuanggui vil‐lage of Jindai town was “reasonable” ,site selection for the 3 high‐quality capital farmland construction projects of Renhe village of Jindai town ,Sanqing village of Yunlong town and Anning village of Shuanggui town were“tolerably reasonable” .The site selection grade of Tiangu village of Liangshan town and Leying village of Yinping town were translating from “reasonable” to“unreasonable” ,and that of the other 8 pro‐jects were translating from “reasonable” to “tolerably reasonable” .The result of the fuzzy matter element model was largely consistent with the result of fuzzy synthetic evaluation .It is concluded that the fuzzy matter element model is practical and reasonable ,and has great application value .
