摘要
各地的检测机构对GB/T 4852—2002标准存在不同的解读,实际检测过程中各检测参数对PSA(压敏胶)胶带初粘力实测结果的影响较大。研究结果表明:钢球的擦拭材料、清洗试剂、晾干时间和精度均会影响钢球的滚动速率,从而对初粘力的实测结果影响较大;助跑段粘贴薄膜时所产生的气泡率越多,初粘力的实测结果越低;环境温度、环境相对湿度也会影响初粘力的实测结果。采用单因素试验法优选出检测初粘力的适宜参数是擦拭材料为无纺布、清洗试剂为乙醇、晾干时间为300 s和精度>40级,助跑段粘贴薄膜时应控制气泡率≤30%,试验环境温度为(23±2)℃;各检测标准的环境相对湿度应统一,否则初粘力的实测结果因环境相对湿度不同而无法比较。
Testing organizations of various regions had the different ;inderstanding in GB/T 4852--2002 standard, the influences of various detecting parameters on measured results of initial tack of PSA (pressure- sensitive adhesive) tape were biggish in the process of actual detection. The research results showed that the influences of some factors (such as wiping material, cleaning reagent, airing time, and precision of steel ball) on measured results of initial tack were biggish because these factors had the influences on the rolling speeds of steel ball. The measured results of initial tack were decrease with increasing bubble rates at pasting film in run-up period. The environment temperature and environmental relative humidity had also the influences on measured results of initial tack. The appropriate detecting parameters for initial tack were preferred by single-factor experiment when wiping material was non-woven , cleaning reagent was ethanol, airing time was 300 s, precision was more than 40 levels, bubble rate at pasting film in run-up period was no more than 30% , and environment temperature at testing was (23±2) ℃. The environmental relative humidity of various testing standards should be unified, otherwise, the measured results of initial tack cannot be compared because different environmental relative humidities.
