摘要 目前国内长距离输气管道干线截断阀的压降速率设定值常根据经验取值,而实际上该取值若不合理将会严重影响到管道的安全运行,因此对破损工况进行模拟计算至关重要。通过运用SPS软件建立管道破损模型,对泄放量、压降速率进行计算,为截断阀的压降速率设定值提供了依据;对比研究破损位置、破损形成时间和破损大小对计算结果的影响,得出破损大小对最大泄放量的影响最大,破损位置和破损大小对最大压降速率影响最大的结论,为模拟计算时各参数的取值和预测破损发生时泄放量、压降速率的计算及分析提供了参考。 At present, the setting value of pressure drop rate of block valve in long distance gas pipeline is often determined according to experience. However, unreasonable value will actually affect pipeline safety operation seriously. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct simulation calculation of pipeline pressure drop rate in damaged operating conditions. Applied is the SPS software to establish a pipeline damage model and calculate discharge capacity and pressure drop rate of block valve. The calculation results can provide a basis for determination of the setting value of pressure drop rate of block valve. Conducted is comparative study on effect of different damage locations, size and formation times on the calculation results and study results show pipeline damage size has the largest effect on the max discharge capacity and pipeline damage locations and size has the largest effect on the max pressure drop rate, which can provide guidance for determination of various parameters in simulation calculation and computational analysis on the discharge capacity and pressure drop rate in prediction of damage occurrence time.
