摘要
随着环保要求的提高,靖边气田天然气净化厂已建的Clinsulf-DO硫黄回收工艺不能达到排放要求,而靖边气田酸气气质具有低含硫、高含CO2、潜硫含量低的特点,常规克劳斯法无法满足工艺要求。结合靖边气田酸气气质特点,对络合铁液相氧化脱硫工艺、国产选择氧化法脱硫工艺、生物脱硫工艺、WSA制酸工艺和酸气回注工艺从当地环境资源、副产品销售情况、工艺技术先进性、装置综合效益以及推进国产化等因素进行综合对比和论证,最终决定新建的第四净化厂酸气处理选用络合铁液相氧化脱硫工艺。同时为了提高硫黄品质以便于销售,为络合铁氧化工艺产的粗硫黄设置熔硫提纯装置,经提纯后硫黄品质合格。
With increasingly strict requirements in environmental protection, the Clinsulf-DO sulfur recovery technology currently used by Jingbian Natural Gas Purification Plant can not meet waste gas emission requirements. Due to such characteristics as low sulfur and high CO2 content of sour gas from Jingbian Gas Field, conventional Claus desulfurization technology can not meet relative technological requirements. In combination with the characteristics of sour gas from Jingbian Gas Field, conducted is comprehensive and comparative analysis on domestic oxidation desulphurization technology, complexing iron liquid phase oxidation desulfurization technology, Shell-Paques biological desulfurization technology, WSA acid production and sour gas reinjection technology along with considering local environment and resources, by-product sales, technology advancement, comprehensive benefits of equipment and localization promotion and it is finally decided that the complexing iron liquid phase oxidation technology is applied for sour gas treatment in the new built gas purification plant 4. In order to improve sulfur quality and make the product easy to be sold, purification unit is equipped for crude molten sulfur produced from the complexing iron oxidation process and the sulfur after purification can meet relative quality requirements.
