摘要
[目的]研发一种采用vilsmeier试剂环化合成2,3-二氯-5-甲基吡啶的方法。[方法]以苄胺、丙醛为原料,经缩合、酰化和环化3步反应合成目标产物。[结果]三步反应总收率为46.8%以上,产品含量为98.6%。[结论]该方法原料廉价易得、操作简单、反应条件温和,具有工业化应用前景。
[Aims] Explored a novel synthesis of 2,3-dichloro-5-methylpyridine using Vilsmeier reagent.[Methods] 2,3-dichloro-5-methylpyridine was synthesized from benzylamine and propionaldehyde via 3 steps comprising condensation, acylation and cyclization. [Results] The total yield of the three synthetic steps was more than 46.8% and the product purity reached 98.6%. [Conclusions] The improved method has such advantages as cheap and readily available raw materials, simple operations and warm reacting conditions, which is valuable for industrial application.
