摘要
采用铁水倒罐→铁水预处理→BOF→LF轻处理(处理时间≤20分钟)→CCM流程,通过转炉高温出钢,炉后脱氧合金化工艺改进,精炼炉合金化、加热升温和底吹氩气工艺的优化,生产组织优化,控制钢水在LF工位时间在20分钟以内,钢水终点温度成分控制稳定,铸坯表面和内部质量优良,钢板探伤合格率在98.5%以上,吨钢降本30元以上,成功解决了普通钢冶炼成本较高的突出问题。
The flow is adopted: molten iron pouring→ hot metal pretreatment →BOF→LF light treatment( processing time≤20 min.) →CCM. By high temperature tapping of converter,improving deoxidation alloying process,refining furnace alloying,increasing temperature and optimizing bottom blowing argon process. Control LF station time of hot metal within 20 min.,end point temperature accurate control,the internal and surface quality of billet improved rate of flaw detection is above 98. 5% and the cost of steel per ton can reduce over 30 yuan.
