摘要
目的研究老年白内障护理中应用临床路径的效果。方法搜集本院2014年2月∽2015年2月老年白内障46例,依据护理模式不同分成两组。实验组护理时应用临床路径,共23例。对照组护理模式选择常规护理,共23例。观察对比两组效果。结果实验组焦虑、抑郁评分低,知识知晓率高（P〈0.05）,存在差异。结论老年白内障护理中应用临床路径,效果较好。
Objective To study the effects of clinical path in senile cataract care. Methods 46 cases of senile cataract in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into two groups based on different models of care. Application of clinical nursing path was used in the experimental group which had a total of 23 cases. Routine nursing care was used in control group which had a total of 23 cases. Compared two groups＇ effect. Results In the experimental group, the depression scores was lower, knowledge level was higher（P〈0.05）, there was a significant difference. Conclusion Senile cataract receiving clinical pathway care has better effect.
