摘要
应用有限条程序研究斜卷边的角度对轴压和纯弯作用下C型截面冷弯钢构件的畸变屈曲临界应力的影响.采用直接强度计算法分别得到各构件受畸变屈曲后的极限承载力,并与直卷边构件的计算结果进行对比.结果表明:受轴压和纯弯作用下,卷边与水平方向夹角在90°~120°之间时,构件的畸变屈曲极限承载力有不同程度的提升,在105°时构件的极限承载力提升最为明显.结果可供C型冷弯薄壁斜卷边槽钢工程设计参考.
The influence of angle of lip on the critical stresses of distortional buckling of cold-formed C-section flexural members and compression members is studied using Finite Strip. Using the Direct Strength Method, the ultimate load capacities of the distortional buckling members are obtained, and the results are compared with the results calculated from the upright lipped members. It shows that the ultimate capacities are improved to varying extents for the angle of lip ranging from 90° to 120°, and both anti compressive and flexural capacities are obviously increased at the angle of 105°. The findings may be rendered as a reference in engineering design of the C-section cold-formed lipped steel members.
