摘要
通过对平面包络环面蜗杆的成型及点位分析,编制了基于普通车床的数控加工程序,结合VERICUT数控仿真软件对环面蜗杆数控加工进行了仿真;最后,在CAK4085di型数控车床上完成了蜗杆的数控加工,验证了加工程序的正确性和有效性。
According to the analysis of a moulding plane enveloping worm and point, the NC machining program is programmed based on lathe. The hourglass worm NC machining simulation is carried out with VERICUT numerical simulation software. Finally, the completion of the worm NC machining in CNC lathe CAK4085di verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the processing procedure.
