小学教育专业教育实践理性现状分析及对策 被引量:3

摘要 采用问卷调查法对小学教育专业440名学生和260名指导教师进行调查。结果显示:小学教育专业学生关于教育理论对教育实践作用的认识不足,缺乏对教育理论知识的主动学习,在教育实践过程中教育实践理性意识淡漠,对教育实践活动中自觉反思意识不够,能力较差,认为课程设置不够合理;指导教师的教育实践理性表现明显好于学生,但高校指导教师和小学指导教师之间存在非常显著的差异。建议采取加强学生的职业信念教育,促进教育实践体验与理论学习内容的有机融合,做好教育实践活动反思工作,加强小学教育专业课程改革等对策,提高实践教学的有效性,促进教师专业发展。 In order to enhance the practice effectiveness of the primary school education specialty and educational quality,this paper makes a research on the rational status of educational practice. With the method of questionnaires,440 primary school education major students and 260 tutors were investigated. The result shows that students lack the knowledge of the role of education theory on education practice,and lack active learning of the knowledge of educational theory. In the practice of teaching,they have a faint rational awareness of education practice and insufficient self- reflection consciousness in educational practice,which cause their poor competence. The tutors obviously do better than students in the rational performance of educational practice. However there is a significant difference between university tutors and primary school tutors. It is suggested that universities should strengthen students' professional belief education,promote the combination of teaching experience and the study of theory,reflect their educational practice,strengthen the curriculum of primary school education specialty reform,enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching,and improve the development of the normal specialty.
