摘要
甲状腺自身抗体(antithyroid autoantibody,ATA)是反映甲状腺自身免疫性疾病的特异指标,常见的有甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibody,TgAb)。近年发现,ATA阳性的患者即使甲状腺功能在正常范围内,其发生自然流产及复发性自然流产的风险都有所增加,提示ATA是预测自然妊娠和ART妊娠结局的重要指标。本文综述了甲状腺功能正常的单纯ATA阳性与自然流产的关系及其相关机制。
Anti-thyroid auto-antibodies（ATA）which mainly included thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroglobulin antibody are the specific indicators of the autoimmune thyroid disease.It is found that the patients with positive thyroid auto-antibodies and normal thyroid function still have high risk of spontaneous abortion and recurrent spontaneous abortion.It suggests that antithyroid autoantibody is a significant predictor for natural pregnancy and ART pregnancy outcome.Relationship and its related mechanism between normal thyroid function ＆ simple ATA positive and spontaneous abortion are reviewed in this paper.
