摘要
目的:应用东芝320排动态容积CT灌注成像技术,探讨正常胰腺CT灌注特点,并研究正常胰腺组织动脉血流量(AF)与年龄、性别、身高、体质量及体质指数(BMI)的关系。方法:对26例研究对象(非胰腺疾病患者20例,志愿者6例)进行胰腺CT灌注扫描,利用最大斜率法进行灌注分析。结果:①正常胰腺组织的TDC均呈缓升缓降型,并可见明显灌注峰;②胰头部、胰体部、胰尾部AF值分别为(152.54±35.34)、(155.67±29.54)、(159.79±33.04)ml/(min·100m1),三者之间无统计学意义;③〈40岁组AF值为(158.75±35.30)ml/(min·100m1),40~60岁组(156.67±40.61)ml/(min·100m1),〉60岁组(154.09±27.82)ml/(min·100m1),三者之间无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但随着年龄增大,AF值有下降趋势;④相关性分析:AF值与年龄、性别、身高、体质量及BMI值均无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:正常胰腺各部位灌注无差异性;正常胰腺的AF值随年龄增长有下降趋势,但无统计学意义;正常胰腺AF值不受个体化因素的影响。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of perfusion imaging of normal pancreas using 320--detector row dynamic volume CT, and discuss the relationship between normal pancreatic arterial flow (AF) value and age, gender, height, weight and BMI values. Methods: Twenty-- six subjects including 20 patients with non- pancreatic disease and 6 healthy volunteers underwent 320- detector row CT perfusion imaging for pancreas. Data was analyzed with maximum slope method. Results:The time density curve (TDC) of normal pancreatic tissue all showed slow rise and slow decline,and perfusion peak could be clearly visualized. The AF value of the head of pancreas was (152.54±35.34)ml/(min · 100 ml) ,the body was (155.67±29.54)ml/(min ·100 ml),and the tail was (159.79±33.04)ml/(min · 100 ml). They were not statistically different(P〉0.05). The AF values for the subjects aged below 40,40 to 60,and above 60, were (158.75±35.30)ml/ (min ·100 ml), (156.67±40.61) ml/ (min·100 m),and (154.09±27.82) ml/ (min ·100 ml) respectively, and no statistical difference was observed (P〉0. 05). However, the declining tendency with increased age was obvious. The correlation analysis showed that there were no correlation between AF value and age, gender, height, weight and BMI values (P〉0.05). Conclusion. Each part of the normal pancreas in perfusion imaging shows no difference. The AF value of normal pancreas decreases with increased age and the AF value is not influenced by individual factors.
