摘要
目的观察小梁切除术联合生物羊膜移植术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼的临床效果及并发症。方法71例（120只眼）慢性闭角型青光眼行小梁切除术联合生物羊膜移植术，术后随访12个月，观察术后前房、眼压、视力及滤过泡等情况。结果术后3d、1周、2周、1个月、2个月、6个月及12个月眼压为（13．27±4．323）mmHg至（16．87±4．542）mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），与术前的（28．97±8．360）mmHg相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后1个月视力无明显变化（P〉0．05），均无严重并发症发生。结论小梁切除术联合生物羊膜移植术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼临床效果显著，并发症少，能有效降低眼压，减少术后瘢痕化，促进滤过泡形成。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of trabecu- lectomy combined with amniotic membrane grafting for chronic angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 120 eyes of 71 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma were treated with trabeculectomy combined with amniotic meMbrane grafting. The follow-up time was 12 months. And the anterior chamber, intraocular pres- sure, visual acuity, filtering bleb and complications after the operation were observed. Results At postop- erative 3 d, 1 w, 2 w, 1,2, 6 and 12 month, the intraocular pressure were between （ 13.27 ±4. 323 ） mm- Hg and （16.87±g. 542） mmHg （1 mmHg =0. 133 kPa）. Compared with preoperative intraocular pres- sure, which was （28.97 ± 8. 360） mmHg, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference between peroperative visual acuity and the postoperative one 1 month after surgery was not statisti- cally significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. No obvious complications occurred. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of im- proved trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane grafting for chronic angle-closure glaucoma is relia- ble with few complications, which can decrease intraocular pressure, reduce postoperative scarring and pro- mote filtering bleb formation.
