摘要 介绍了环境友好型缓蚀剂的基本情况以及有机缓蚀机、无机缓蚀剂和聚合物缓蚀剂现阶段的研究进展,并从这3个方面对环境友好型缓蚀剂的研究进展进行了详细阐述.根据元素组成和结构的不同,环境友好型缓蚀剂可分为有机缓蚀剂、无机缓蚀剂和聚合物缓蚀剂3大类,有机缓蚀剂又分为天然有机缓蚀剂(如红茶提取液对碳钢的缓蚀效率达91%以上)和人工有机缓蚀剂(如季铵盐型咪唑啉缓蚀剂对碳钢的缓蚀率可以达到97%以上;2-环己烯环己酮缓蚀效率可达80% ~90%);无机缓蚀剂对钢筋的缓蚀效率可达到94.5%;聚合物缓蚀剂(如多糖接枝聚丙烯酰胺随着缓蚀剂浓度的上升,缓蚀效率逐渐上升,最高可达96.6%).指出了环境友好型缓蚀剂的不足和发展趋势. The environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor and research and development of organic corrosion inhibitor, inorganic corrosion inhibitor and polymer corrosion inhibitor are introduced, and the research & development progress of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors are described in detail. As the element composition and structure of the inhibitors are different, the environments/-friendly corrosion inhibitors can be divided into 3 categories, i. e. organic corrosion inhibitor, inorganic corrosion inhibitor and polymer corrosion inhibitor. The organic corrosion inhibitors are divided into natural organic corrosion inhibitor (such as red tea extraetant whose corrosion inhibition rate is over 91% and artificial organic - inhibitors (such as imidazoline whose corrosion inhibition rate for carbon steel is over 97% and 2 - cyclonehexene cyclonehexanone whose corrosion inhibition rate is as high as 80% ~ 90% ). The inorganic corrosion inhibitor' s corrosion inhibition rate for carbon steel can reach 94.5%. The corrosion inhibition rate of polymer corrosion inhibitor such as holoside polyacrylamide rises with rising inhibitor concentration and reaches maximum 96.6%. The disadvantages and development trend of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors are also discussed.
