摘要
骨性关节炎是一种以关节软骨进行性退行性变为特征的软骨病变,最终导致关节不可逆功能障碍。应用骨髓间充质干细胞体外诱导分化成有活性的软骨细胞,通过复合支架材料移植到软骨缺损区,是治疗骨性关节炎的一种微创和有效的治疗方式,作为骨组织工程领域研究重点,目前主要研究的方向包括细胞因子、信号间的传导通路、物理影响因素及支架材料的构建等方面。
Osteoarthritis is a kind of a cartilage diseased featured with progressive joint articular cartilage degeneration,involving not only the joint lining but also cartilage,ligaments,and bone,eventually leading to irreversible dysfunction. Applying the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to induce active cartilage cells in vitro,and transplanting the harvest to the cartilage defect area with composite scaffold material is a minimally-invasive and effective treatment of osteoarthritis. As a key point in cartilage tissue engineering,the main directions include cytokines,signal pathways,physical factors and scaffold materials etc.
