摘要
2013年3月在上海和安徽两省市率先发现人感染H7N9禽流感病例,现已累计报告数百例病例。H7N9禽流感病毒因其对人类的高致病性和迅速的传播速度引起全球的广泛关注。快速、准确的检测对H7N9禽流感的疫情监测和控制极为重要。该文就目前应用于H7N9禽流感病毒研究中的基因检测技术(包括聚合酶链反应、环介导等温扩增、基因芯片、液相芯片、依赖核酸序列扩增法、高通量测序等)的研究进展予以综述。
In March 2013,cases of avian influenza A( H7N9) infection have been firstly found in Shanghai and Anhui,and there has been hundreds of cases reported so far. The influenza A( H7N9) is a pathogen with highly pathogenicity to human and able to spread rapidly,which has attracted global attention. It is very important to establish a rapid and sensitive method for avian influenza A( H7N9) detection and control. Here is to make a review of the gene techniques used in detection of avian influenza A,including polymerase chain reaction,loop-mediated isothermal amplification,gene chip,liquid chip,nucleic acid sequence-based amplification and high-throughput sequencing.
