摘要
目的:总结经尿道前列腺等离子治疗良性前列腺增生围手术期护理体会。方法:对135例良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗,并在围手术期提供优质护理,观察护理效果。结果:患者经治疗均取得良好临床效果,恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。结论:提供患者围手术期优质护理,有利于手术患者的恢复,取得良好护理效果。
Objective：To summarize the perioperative high-quality nursing experience of transurethral plasmaki-netic resection of prostate （PKRP） in treatment of the benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods：All the 135 BPH cases from Oct 2009 to Sep 2014 were underwent the PKRP, and were provided the high-quality nursing in the perioperative period. And the outcomes were analyzed. Results：All the 135 operations was performed successfully and got recovery very well. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion：To provide the high-quality nursing in the pe-rioperative period is beneficial to the patients recovery, and will get better nursing effect.
