摘要 为进一步降低汽轮机排汽压力,提高机组经济性,实现节能减排,借助大型计算流体力学软件工具,对哈汽1 000 MW汽轮机排汽通道蒸汽流场进行模拟研究,构建了包含低压缸在内的整个排汽通道模型,对排汽通道进行优化,增设特定布置方式的均流、导流装置,优化后低速区面积明显减小,提高了凝汽器综合性能,获得了较高的经济效益。 In order to further reduce the steam turbine exhaust steam pressure, to improve unit economy and implement energy-saving emission reduction, simulation study on 1 000 MW steam turbine exhaust steam flow field channel is made with the aid of large CFD software tools. It has constructed the model of the whole exhaust passage containing low pressure cylinder, and steam discharging chan- nel optimized. Uniform flow and diversion device is additionally provided with a specific arrangement. The optimization improves the comprehensive performance of condenser, and receives a higher economic efficiency.
