摘要
本文主要对数字化抽油机关键监造过程中存在的质量问题进行了分析和总结。研究了数字化抽油机关键零部件的焊接质量关键过程,提出了制定游梁及平衡装置焊接作业指导书时应考虑的因素,制定了连杆的焊接工艺,指出了横梁焊接应注意的两个事项。结合驻厂监造工作实践中数字化抽油机出现的常见问题,应用全面质量管理中人、机、料、法、环、测的质量影响因素,分析和探讨问题产生的原因,提出抽油机制造单位应采取的技术改进措施。
This article mainly analyzes and summarizes the quality problems existing in super- vising the key manufacturing process of a digital pumping unit. It first focuses on supervising the welding quality of the key parts. In this part, the article points out the factors which should be valued in preparing the work instruction for welding beams and balancing devices. It also introduces the technology for welding the connecting rods and reminds two precautions for beam welding. The article then turns to the common appearance quality problems found during manufacturing supervision and analyses the possible causes. It also recommends technical countermeasures to the pump producers.
